How do you relax?

Relaxing is a powerful concept and has been shown to improve output from humans massively. Some people, notably Winston Churchill and Margaret Thatcher claimed to be able to work on very little sleep, but they still used the power of relaxing to recharge their batteries instead. Churchill was an avid painter.

A change is as good as a rest they say. So perhaps relaxing is not that important. It’s very different for everybody.

Personally I relax by watching a film or reading.
