This is a heart -warming story of a little girl and her cat, which she is really annoyed with, as he never does anything! I wonder why this could be?! The repeating line, of ‘My cat just sleeps’ really helps link things together for younger readers. My two year old was able to enjoy the writing, there was the right amount of writing on each page. A great twist at the end!
